Lindsey has joined Efferent’s Social Media Team as Community Manager. She enjoys being able to bring people together on social media and open their eyes to new idea. She likes acting as a helpful resource to others.
While Lindsey is still studying at Suffolk County Community College, she has managed to juggle a full course load and always hold down a job while maintaining a 3.8 GPA. She has taken many classes that have provided her the necessary tools to perform her job here at Efferent. Lindsey has successfully completed work in communications, public speaking, business management and advanced English, all giving her a tremendous foundation for her role in social media here.
You may have even seen her; she was the smiley customer service face at Hometown Heroes a sandwich shop in West Islip. She was in charge of enforcing health and safety standards while interacting with her customers. Lindsey has other food industry experience having worked in McDonald’s.
Lindsey prides herself on her unique ability to care for others. She demonstrates this by her recent experiences working as the Activities Coordinator at The Little Gym of Levittown. She was responsible for maintaining a safe and happy play environment for a wide range of children. She had similar duties at Tutor Time. Lindsey fostered behavioral development and helped create a loving environment for the students.
Lindsey has many hobbies including surfing, playing ice hockey and playing the violin. She is also an avid gym goer and enjoys volunteering at her brother’s hockey tournaments to help send proceeds to the less fortunate.
Lindsey has big goals to provide the highest level of customer service to Efferent’s clients. She is extremely motivated and possesses impeccable time management skills.
