Efferent Media, continuing to emerge as a leading Long Island Search Engine Optimization company, announces its move to new and larger offices to meet the needs of a growing client list and expanded staff.

Efferent Media was incorporated in 2011, launching its website,, shortly thereafter, and opening offices in Lindenhurst, NY. Founder and CEO Joe Garraffo has steered the fledgling company with over 15 years’ experience in web design, as well as web and mobile development.

Now, after what Mr. Garraffo calls “a banner year,” Efferent has outgrown its initial office space and moved to new quarters with more than twice the floor footage. “We’re delighted with the greater capacity the new space affords us,” he said. “It’s allowed us to bring in new project managers and content writers to serve the online marketing and website needs of our growing client list.”

The new office features a coffee bar in its reception area, as well as a full-sized coin-operated Golf Arcade machine. And, as did the initial space, it creates an exciting and entertaining vibe with 70s & 80s signed Sci-Fi memorabilia and classic movie posters. “We want our visitors to enjoy a fun, hospitable environment,” said Joe.
