Location Information & COVID:
Our office is in Lindenhurst, N.Y., at the current time we require all employees to work a minimum of three days per week, in the office. All other days will be work-from-home. As an Associate Online Ad/Media Buyer – Platform, you will be responsible for:
- Becoming a resident expert in the various platform technologies utilized by Efferent Media across disciplines (search, social, Marketplace and traditional programmatic technologies)
- Monitoring and managing performance on a day-to-day basis
- Partnering with strategists, account managers, and subject matter experts to understand the client’s marketing goals and nuances.
- Assisting in designing and implementing tactics that deliver client goals across search, social, and display.
- Understanding strategies, tools, and data that we can leverage to make campaigns more successful.
- Performing QAs and assisting in weekly reporting to ensure data accuracy and constant optimizations.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including bid strategies, performance tracking, and pacing reports
- Developing an understanding of third-party ad-servers, rich media vendors, and other tracking technologies that we can incorporate into ad buys.
- Helping to monitor and optimize for campaign health benchmarks.
- Contributing to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports.
- Maintaining current knowledge of growth and changes in the marketplace.
Skills/Competencies:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads (current certifications preferred)
- Facebook Business Manager
- GroundTruth, AdRoll, and Bing ad platform experience
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEM Rush, SpyFu, or another paid analytics platform
- Proficiency with social media platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with a CMS (Joomla, WordPress, etc.) a plus
- Experience with other marketing automation tools & CRM’s (Marketo, Pardot, etc.), Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), a plus
