Location Information & Covid:
Our office is in Lindenhurst, N.Y., at the current time we require all employees to work a minimum of three days per week, in the office. All other days will be work-from-home. We will not consider any applicants that cannot work from our office. Please don’t waste your time or ours; this is not negotiable because we thrive on the team environment.
We’re looking for a person who turns their head at bad design and knows what they can bring to the table is exactly what the client and world needs đŸ™‚ Interested so far? Here’s an overview of what the job entails.
- Ability to create a range of powerful, viable concepts and designs for client requests, partnering with account staff to ensure messaging and design work together to tell a compelling story.
- Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact digital assets for video and social media.
- Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions, both written and verbal, with internal teams and clients.
- Work cross-functionally and within the team to participate in all stages of the design process, communicate timelines and status, ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and overall messaging strategy are represented and presented to key stakeholders.
- An interest and understanding of social media are critical. A passion for social is a big plus.
- Storyboarding and animation of social content and social assets.
- Exceptional conceptual and design skills and a diverse portfolio.
- Ability to demonstrate big thinking across multiple channels as they relate to a larger campaign.
- Create visually stunning video assets and content in support of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Concept of ideas and photoshoots, including management of all post-production.
- Execute compelling, stylish visual content to support the social editorial calendar. Understand the difference between authentic and produced content—and the right time to leverage each one.
- Assist in ad hoc day-to-day creative needs.
- Constantly research the latest trends in design and communication and lead test-and-learn efforts.
- Take the initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions.
- Manage own design, production, and quality control workflow processes from start to finish.
- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
