Jillian is a Social Media Content Manager at Efferent Media where it is her duty to stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. From established platforms like Facebook and Instagram to emerging platforms, she’s always on the look out for options that benefit our clients.
Jillian is responsible for writing and scheduling social media posts, monitoring popular topics, and communicating effectively to express the goals of Efferent’s clients creatively. She’s also a master of community management, helping to turn prospects into happy customers and then raving fans.
A graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications, Jillian brings her originality, love of words, strong work ethic, and desire to connect people to Efferent. She has a knack for knowing what strategies will work on each platform.

The posts and content Jillian creates encourages customers to share and interact with our clients on a daily basis. Jillian works closely with the rest of the Social Media team to create content that actively engages our clients’ audiences. Her social media content strategies continuously boost brand engagement, social media presence, and following on various platforms.
Jillian also writes blog content for Efferent Media’s clients that she then promotes on their social media platforms. She enjoys the opportunity to use her passion for writing to bring a client’s views to life and to provide more opportunities through her writing to engage targeted audiences.
“Not only is it professionally exciting, but it demands creativity,” she said. “Social media is always changing and having to be adaptive to this is something that will always keep this profession interesting.”
When Jillian is not helping to expand the social media presence of Efferent’s clients, she enjoys reading, binging new shows with her husband, and most of all, being a mom!
