Krista helped start “Greatest Around,” a community-driven website, which gave “Best of” awards to businesses in numerous different categories that operated in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina.

During her time at Efferent Media, Krista has learned every facet of digital marketing. She continues to stay on top of the latest in web development and trains our web developers. Krista also mentors new account managers, helping them to provide the outstanding service for which Efferent Media is known.

Krista’s focus on clients satisfaction has been an essential part of helping Efferent Media grow and the client base expand, and resulted in her promotion to Director of Client Success. In that role, Krista oversees the details of her clients accounts with the knowledge she’s accumilated through the many classes and many conferences she has attended over the years across the United States.

Client satisfaction is Krista’s goal each and every day. She loves learning about all of Efferent Media’s clients, building relationships, and helping create websites and marketing strategies that will grow their business. The thing she loves most about her career is that it’s ever-changing, and there’s always something new to learn.
