Client operations
Jennifer covers the operations side of this blog: the follow-up, the phone, the reviews, and the questions a business owner should be asking about their own marketing. If a post here is about running the business rather than running the ad account, it is usually hers.
The pattern behind most of these posts is the same one. The marketing worked, the phone rang, and nothing downstream was ready for it. A lead answered in four minutes and the same lead answered tomorrow afternoon are not the same lead, and no bid strategy closes that gap. Neither does a better ad.
Every piece under this byline is researched against real client accounts and reviewed by Joe Garraffo before it publishes. If the follow-up in your own business is the part you already suspect is leaking, the marketing audit looks at it directly and a person reads the result.
