What happens after the form is filled.

The part nobody measures and everybody loses. Speed to first contact, the list that never gets called back, and the handoff between a lead and an estimate.

This is the part of marketing that nobody reports on and almost everybody loses. The ads worked, the form was filled, the phone rang, and then somebody was at lunch. Neither does a better ad, a better landing page or a bigger budget, which is why an account can look healthy in the platform and flat in the bank account. The posts here are about the handoff: speed to first contact, what happens to the list nobody calls back, how an inquiry becomes a scheduled estimate, and the automation that covers the hours when there is nobody in the office to pick up.
